1. Schedule your campus visit and interview
Want to really know what a day is like at JCHS? All 8th graders are invited to “shadow” a current student to get a sense of the school day. Talk to students and teachers, meet with the Director of Admissions, preview classes, take a personal tour of the campus, and enjoy our kosher lunch, made in our own kitchen using local ingredients. We will begin scheduling shadow dates for the 2012-13 school year in late August. Learn more about your JCHS visit. 2. Schedule a Parent/Guardian tour
A parent/guardian tour is strongly encouraged for parents who have not had a child attend JCHS. The tour allows for one-on-one time with the Director of Admissions and an opportunity to see campus life. 3. Attend an Open House

JCHS families are opening their homes for an informal and intimate “Fireside Chat” near you. Join JCHS students and parents, along with Head of School Rabbi Howard Ruben and Director of Admissions Katharina Stromeyer, to learn first hand about JCHS. Parents and students are welcome.

JCHS requires applicants to take one of two standardized tests - the SSAT or the ISEE. Please make sure that you have registered to take this test no later than February 2, 2013.
You can register for the SSAT test online at http://www.ssat.org/. Please designate JCHS as a score recipient on the SSAT registration form; our SSAT school code is 4230. You can register for the ISEE test online at http://www.iseetest.org/. Please designate JCHS as a score recipient on the registration form; our ISEE school code is 054293. 8. Complete and submit your application. All forms are due by Thursday, January 17, 2013.
