Click here to download a PDF of the lunch program enrollment form. JCHS provides gourmet kosher meals to our students. Each day features a full salad bar and rotating cuisines including Japanese, Indian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese and Mediterranean.
Our "green" lunch program buys locally grown produce, composting all waste and using biodegradable utensils. Unlike other schools, all of our food is prepared in-house, including soups and salad dressings. JCHS Director of Food Services Stu Jacobs gets positive feedback daily including praise over the Israeli Feta and the Spinach-Potato soup and for the ever-popular Mexican day.
