On Monday, May 6, 2024, our community will mark Yom HaShoah, a day when we remember the six million Jews murdered during the Holocaust. Please stay tuned for more details on this year’s assembly.
An important part of the commemorations on this day at JCHS has been hearing directly from survivors of the Holocaust, for example, last year we heard from Henryk Pijanowski (grandfather of Mila S. ’26) as part of a student-led assembly.
