Dr. Gabriella Rosen Kellerman is a Harvard-trained physician, author, and Partner & Director at Boston Consulting Group, where she advises Fortune 1000 CEOs and CHROs on organizational health, leadership, and employee performance in an era of constant change. She is the co-author, with Dr. Martin Seligman, of Tomorrowmind: Thriving at Work with Resilience, Creativity, and Connection—Now and in an Uncertain Future, and previously served as Chief Product Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at BetterUp, where she also founded BetterUp Labs, the company's research arm studying whole-person development in partnership with Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, Stanford, and other leading institutions. Trained in psychiatry and fMRI research, with an MD with honors from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and a BA summa cum laude from Harvard University, Gabriella brings a rare combination of clinical rigor and organizational insight to her work on resilience, innovation, trust, and mattering in the modern workplace. Her writing and research have appeared in the Harvard Business Review, The Atlantic, Scientific American Mind, and JAMA, among others, and she is a sought-after keynote speaker on the future of work. Gabriella and her husband are parents of a current junior at JCHS.
