Practices:
Monday through Thursday from 3:30-5:15pm.

Practice Locations:
Practices will take advantage of local courses in Golden Gate Park and throughout San Francisco to prepare runners for meets as well as utilizing Kezar Stadium for varied workouts.

All practices will begin and end at JCHS.

Transportation:
Any transportation for practices will be provided.
