Thomas Fontaine
University of Mary Washington – BS
Thomas joined JCHS in the summer of 2024 as the Business Office and Operations Manager after working for various Outdoor Education programs in California and most recently on the Registration team at Camp Tawonga.
Originally from Virginia, Thomas graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Geology before moving to California in 2017. He spent 4 years in Santa Cruz as an Science Instructor and Health Supervisor before finally landing in the Bay Area where he has worked on the Program and Operations teams of Camp Tawonga and Backroads Active Travel. When not at JCHS, Thomas is often exploring in the Sierra Nevada on skis and hiking boots, or working on a crafting project at home.
