Parents and Guardians, we are looking forward to the fall conferences with you. These conversations allow teachers and parents/guardians to share insights and information with the goal of supporting each student’s success.
Conferences are conducted on Google Meet and are scheduled over two days–PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO CLASSES FOR STUDENTS ON THESE DAYS:
- Monday, November 10Â from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm
- Tuesday, November 11Â from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
Parents and Guardians can sign up for meetings with individual teachers through Pick-A-Time; click here for the login instructions and to schedule your meetings. Once you are finished setting up your meetings, click on “printable schedule” and email the resulting web page to yourself to get a copy of your schedule and the Google Meet links.
It may not be possible to schedule every conference that you’d like to have. If you find that you cannot schedule a specific conference that feels important to you, you may contact that teacher by email to set up an alternate time.
