Kim is a Human Resources Consultant with over 18 years of experience. The majority of her work focuses on consulting with nonprofits, hospitality, and independent schools but she has also worked with many different types of industries. Prior to starting TruckeeHR, Kim held several corporate HR leadership roles in companies such as Starbucks, Amazon, and Vail Resorts. She has also worked in large healthcare organizations. She started her own consulting firm in 2015. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business from California State University, Chico. She likes to spend her free time with her two boys and her Saint Bernard Stella in their hometown of Truckee, CA.
