Education about consent is more than learning about navigating situations of physical intimacy — it is about learning how to understand our own boundaries, how to communicate our needs to another, and how to hear others’ needs and boundaries.
We are hosting “Consent Wise” on Thursday, Feb. 20th, for both FreshSem classes and an all-school assembly for 10th – 12th graders. Students will explore the components of successful consent and tools for self-advocacy. Feel free to direct any questions you have to Ms. Julie Beck.
